The number of credible SEQ galleries is small relative to the artist population. Galleries generally favour artists with an existing sales record, institutional validation or a collector base - the very things emerging artists need representation to develop.

We want emerging and early career artists !

We don’t charge commission on sales of artwork.

Painting and accessible decorative work MIGHT be easier to sell than installation, performance, video, socially engaged or conceptually demanding work, and Artists often feel pressured to make more commercially legible work.

✔  Gallery hire for 4 week minimum period

✔ 6 WEEK Social media campaign

✔  Opening event support - RSA for 2 hrs at your opening.

There is often a lack in mentoring, peer support, facilities and curatorial access when an artist is at the start of the journey. Residencies and professional-development programs exist, but places are limited and usually temporary.
